Qin Yu was way over his head.

He really should have backed off and do his closed cultivation to train when he found out they've setup border checks on all the exits. Instead, he recklessly charges into one of the 36 kings' territory without a plan and tries to brute force his way without the strength to back it up.

I feel he's been way too rash ever since the new season-making enemies everywhere and being public enemy #1.

He should have taken notes from Shi Hao from Wanmei Shijie/Perfect World; train to perfection and only take revenge when you're stronger than them.

I'm going to predict he's going to get some (Deus Ex Machina) help otherwise, this is going to be an early game over.

I agree... He acts like a little c*nt when he had actually shown way more cunning and intelligence in S1.... My guess is that this "out of character" episode is like a bridge to introduce a powerful supporting character. He wouldn't be THAT impatient to exact revenge and if I recall correctly, his main concern atm is to rejoin with his bird and monkey friends... so yeah, surely it is just a plot device to make way to a key support character...

Going based on previous seasons Quin Yu is very intelligent, I was so sure he'd be doing some closed door cultivation like you said. Why is he so anxious and taking so much risk?? This is so unlike him... He even got the opportunity to gauge their strength so why..???

I dont understand this season. In the first one, Qin Yu survived against stronger opponents because he used his brains. But this whole season, from the very start, he seems to have lost those brains he once had. This season is just too weird and doesnt follow character

It's a pity, they are in a Star System governed by Immortal Emperor with a bunch of weaker Immortal Emperors
